This role applies external market insights, internal data, and best practices to support competitive, compliant, scalable, affordable, and well-governed Total Rewards programs, while partnering with People Culture Business Partners, business leaders, Finance, and internal stakeholders to provide trusted guidance, analysis, recommendations, tools, and project leadership. The role provides oversight and support for People Operations processes, systems, data, reporting, and service delivery to ensure Total Rewards and broader P C programs are enabled by accurate information, scalable processes, consistent practices, and strong operational execution.
This is a hybrid role located in either our Toronto or Vancouver office.
Responsibilities
: Total Rewards Leads the planning and execution of annual cycles, including market assessments, job evaluations, salary structure reviews, and reporting. Leads the analysis and supports the design, implementation, and ongoing management of total rewards and people operations programs. Maintains and strengthens governance, quality controls, and reporting to maintain accurate data sets, ensure consistency, and compliance with provincial regulations.
Design and develop cross-functional processes, tools, templates, documentation, and communication to improve the understanding and effectiveness of programs. Coach People Culture team members on interpretation and consistent application of program, policies, plans and processes fostering strong execution, data integrity, and service delivery. People Operations Support People Operations processes, reporting, dashboards, surveys, and related analyses that enable Total Re-wards programs, workforce insights, P C planning, and informed business decision-making.
Identifies opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes of systems, data quality, analysis and reporting. Establish, communicates, and monitor clear performance standards for direct reports, with a focus on teamwork, results, and quality. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to the People Operations team, establishing clear expectations and fostering a high-performing, service-oriented approach to operational execution, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
: Undergraduate degree and / or post-secondary certificate in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, ideally within a growing or complex financial ser-vices organization.
