About The Role
: As a Store Manager at Babyletto, you will lead your store with clear ownership of business performance, team development, and the client experience. You are responsible for driving sales, building a high-performing and motivated team, and ensuring operational excellence while representing Babyletto’s core values. You will set the direction for the store, translate company goals into actionable plans, and partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve results.
What you'll be doing: Lead, inspire, recruit, and develop a high-performing store team, owning the full talent lifecycle to deliver an exceptional client experience. Set the standard for product knowledge and selling excellence, coaching the team to deliver tailored product guidance. Drive client engagement strategies that build long-term relationships, strengthen brand loyalty, and grow repeat business.
Ensure the team confidently communicates Babyletto’s brand story, history, and value proposition in every client interaction. Own inventory management and back-of-house operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Resolve escalated challenges with sound judgment and urgency.
Partner with our home office to execute programs and initiatives that drive results. Document customer insights and trends to inform cross-functional decisions. Own scheduling and payroll to align labor with business goals.
Ensure operational excellence, uphold key policies and procedures, and identify opportunities to improve processes and SOPs. Oversee consistent execution of opening and closing procedures. Use KPIs and reporting to drive strategy and exceed sales targets.
