Account Manager (NYC)

Under the leadership of your Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for supporting the overall client satisfaction of assigned accounts, their revenue growth, profitability, and project management.

You’ll use your understanding of excellence in client services and internal team collaboration to deliver disruptive creativity. And you’ll be an integral team member to execute tactical growth plans to grow the business. ROLE SPECIFICS As an Account Manager, you’ll manage the day-to-day relationship, success and growth of our clients.

Internally, you’ll contribute to our cross-functional team to deliver innovative work. You’ll juggle competing priorities, from budgets to resourcing, as you contribute to assuring agency revenue and profitability. Externally, you’ll manage our clients needs to the success they dreamed of.

RESPONSIBILITIES

) Conduct quarterly planning and review sessions with key clients/accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-4 years of relevant experience, including client service at a creative agency and possibly brand marketing experience at large consumer brands. Understanding of social media marketing (organic and paid); experience managing social-first brand marketing campaigns is a plus Experience working with national and/or global client teams and partner agency teams Entrepreneurial spirit. Thrive in uncertainty and ambiguously-defined roles.

🎵💃 BASE SALARY RANGE Our estimated range for this role is $75,000-85,000* *Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply.

Similarly, there might also be a more senior or junior position available, that would be a better fit with your expertise. For example, a person may apply for a Senior Creative Producer role, and we may assess that their skills are at the Creative Producer level.
