What You'Ll Do

Assist the Overwrap Operator with packaging, inspection, sorting, labeling, boxing, and palletizing finished products. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality, appearance, and packaging specifications. Operate manual scales to verify product weights and quantities.

Feed products into shrink wrap equipment and perform minor rework as needed. Assemble packaging materials and prepare finished products for shipment. Report equipment issues, defective materials, or quality concerns to production leadership.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all quality and safety procedures. What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent. No previous experience required; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
