The Flexo Press Operator demonstrates superior performance and the leadership skills required to lead fellow Flexo Press Operators and assists the Department Head in reviewing and approving complex Flexo plans. The Flexo Press Operator takes initiative to review and improve existing SOP’s, Work Instructions and Forms used in the Flexo process, while also staying abreast of new technologies that improve efficiencies or introduce new capabilities.
