Responsibilities

outlined for a Flexo Press Operator, the Flexo Press Operator will produce high quality products utilizing water base and UV Flexo inks. The Flexo Press Operator demonstrates superior performance and the leadership skills required to lead fellow Flexo Press Operators and assists the Department Head in reviewing and approving complex Flexo plans. The Flexo Press Operator takes initiative to review and improve existing SOP’s, Work Instructions and Forms used in the Flexo process, while also staying abreast of new technologies that improve efficiencies or introduce new capabilities.
Leads and coordinates the activities to ensure the production of a quality product.
