Position Overview As a BIM Detailer , you will play a hands-on role in developing and maintaining 3D models and construction drawings that directly support project execution.

This position is focused on model production, detailing, and documentation , working alongside engineers, project managers, and BIM leadership.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit and other modeling tools Produce detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication-ready documentation Incorporate markups, redlines, and design revisions into models and drawings Assist in preparing models for coordination and clash detection processes Ensure all models and drawings align with project specifications, design intent, and company standards Support model setup, organization, and file management , including views, sheets, and version control Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and BIM leadership to resolve design details and drafting issues Extract quantities, dimensions, and layout information to support construction planning and field teams Maintain consistency with BIM standards, naming conventions, and modeling best practices Prepare and update as-built drawings and record models based on field feedback Participate in project meetings to stay aligned on scope, updates, and deliverables Contribute to improving modeling workflows, tools, and efficiency across projects What it takes?
