What You’ll Be Doing Take a leading role as a senior member of the team, executing complex luxury single-family residential projects. Adept in working with challenging site conditions, elevated client expectations, and evolving project demands.

Experience with construction oversite, design management, contract management and project communications. Responsible for monitoring progress in the field, schedule analysis, and quality control. Opportunity to build trust with and have direct interface with the construction team and client decision-makers.

Participate in high level meetings, including strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, initiation, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of the project. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of the project.

Advocate on behalf of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications or change orders. Participate in tracking and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial commitments, exposures and obligations. Maintain relationships with the wider construction industry, trade associates, vendors, and professional organizations.
