We seek a dynamic and experienced Project Manager Director to lead, oversee, and drive projects to success, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Strategy Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and production, across different geographies.
Lead long-term resource planning and capacity forecasting to ensure our global teams are properly staffed for upcoming client demands. Team Leadership People Management Line-manage, mentor, and grow a large, geographically dispersed team of Project Managers, overseeing their career development, performance reviews, and daily workload balancing. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work environment.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure effective resource utilization and alignment with project goals. Encourage creative problem-solving and innovation within the team to drive successful project outcomes. Financial Business Accountability Oversee the overall financial health of the regional project portfolio, including high-level budget forecasting, resource cost management, and profitability tracking.
Cross-Regional Operations Culture Establish operational workflows that support healthy collaboration across different time zones, ensuring regional teams are aligned without burning out. Facilitate clear and effective communication among global teams, ensuring alignment and effective resource utilization. Client, Stakeholder Escalation Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
Act as the ultimate point of escalation for critical project risks, complex client negotiations, and cross-regional team conflicts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and managing expectations. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive management, anticipating challenges, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Negotiate project terms and conditions, managing any changes in scope or deliverables effectively. Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and senior management, including progress, risks, and potential solutions. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager Director, preferably in a global or multinational setting. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong business acumen and client management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills.
