The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day execution across IS T, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and Design, allowing product leadership to focus on discovery, stakeholder alignment, and long-term roadmap strategy.

Required Qualifications
: Proven experience working as a Business Systems Analyst , technical BA, or in a hybrid product delivery role managing the end-to-end requirement-to-story lifecycle. Expertise in Jira for backlog management, ticketing workflows, and sprint tracking. Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies, delivery cadences, and sprint ceremonies.
Strong technical data skills, including the ability to independently query data using SQL and build structured outputs in Excel . Excellent project management instincts—highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups without needing to be pushed. Curious, analytical mindset with a track record of asking the right questions to uncover root technical or functional needs.
Nice To Have
: Prior experience working within the Finance Sales domain. Strategic thinking capabilities with a strong knack for mapping complex downstream impacts and cross-team implications.
