MongoDB — Dublin, Leinster
The Finance PMO Enablement team is the connective tissue of MongoDB's CFO organisation — enabling teams across Finance to deliver strategic, scalable impact. We collaborate across FinOps (Accounting, FP A, Data Analytics, Real Estate, Corporate/Venture Development, and Business Operations) to drive scalable processes, operational efficiency, and transformative outcomes. Our mission is to build a future-ready finance organisation — one that adapts, innovates, and accelerates MongoDB's growth through operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
Program Managers are at the heart of how we deliver that mission — owning end-to-end execution of Finance transformation programs and ensuring that our initiatives land on time, in scope, and with measurable impact. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model. The Role As a Program Manager within the Finance PMO Enablement team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Finance transformation programs of small to medium scale and complexity.
You'll manage program plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain governance cadences, and keep stakeholders aligned — partnering closely with Business Analysts, IT, Finance functional leads, and external vendors to drive programs from initiation through to close. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who is highly organised, relationship-driven, and energised by getting things across the line in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You don't just track tasks — you take ownership, solve problems, and make things happen.
