What You Will Do

Assist wholesale customers with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and order placement Identify and source automotive parts accurately using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems Process wholesale orders efficiently and accurately to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction Coordinate with the Shipping and Receiving team and delivery drivers to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment Communicate with customers regarding backorders, special orders, shipping updates, and order status Develop and maintain strong working relationships with repair facilities, body shops, fleet accounts, and commercial customers Promote dealership parts programs, manufacturer promotions, and value-added services Work closely with the Parts Department and management team to support inventory accuracy and order efficiency Handle returns, credits, and warranty-related parts transactions in accordance with dealership policies Maintain accurate records, invoices, and customer account information Support departmental goals related to sales growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in all interactions

Who We Are
