Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client integrated Adult Social Care service team in Is This is a high-level leadership role within a forward-thinking borough, working across key services such as Reablement, Community OT, Discharge, and Front Door (Integrated Urgent Response). You’ll play a key role in reducing waiting lists, supporting the adaptations pathway (DFG), and providing clinical leadership across the OT service.

Qualifications
Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy HCPC Registration Strong experience within Adults Social Care Proven experience as a Senior OT or in a leadership capacity Experience with: DFG / Major adaptations Complex case management Supervision and team support Desirable: Experience within integrated health social care services Background in Front Door / Urgent Response / Discharge Experience across both adults and children's cases Working Environment: Hybrid model: 2 days remote 3 days office / service-based Integrated, multi-agency working environment Opportunity to influence service development and delivery Why Liquid Personnel?
