be? In this role, you will: Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance with care standards across all homes. Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality support to young adults with emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs.
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and daily operations. Drive occupancy, performance, and quality assurance throughout the service. Build strong relationships with professionals, commissioners, and families.
Effectively manage resources, staffing rotas, and budgets. Promote a culture of learning, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience managing in a CQC-registered care setting. Qualified to Level 5 Leadership Management in Health Social Care. Strong skills in team leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
