MATTE is a 360° full-service creative studio at the convergence of hype, storytelling and design. DESCRIPTION: The Experiential Production Intern will support the Production team in bringing immersive brand experiences to life—from concept through on-site execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full production lifecycle across a range of live events, activations, and spatial builds. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact experiential work while building a strong foundation in production, logistics, and real-world execution.

Responsibilities

and learning opportunities include: Support the planning and execution of experiential activations, events, and installations Assist in developing production timelines, run-of-shows, and project trackers Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, and Project Management to ensure alignment across deliverables Assist in vendor coordination, outreach, and communication (fabricators, rentals, venues, etc.) Help track production budgets, expenses, and invoices Support the preparation of production documents including call sheets, schedules, and site plans Assist in sourcing materials, props, and production elements Provide on-site support during installs, live events, and breakdowns as needed Help manage logistics including shipping, inventory, and asset organization Maintain organization of production files, documents, and shared trackers Be a student of the industry: stay current on trends in experiential production, live events, and cultural activations

REQUIREMENTS

: Must be enrolled in a University or Master’s program. Must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week to work at our offices in New York. Must be available between June 1st, 2026 and August 7th, 2026 Internships begin June 1st, 2026.

COMPENSATION
