In this role you will oversee and coordinate staff and youth in the execution of the daily program plan providing comprehensive interventions in a highly structured, self-contained environment.

Responsibilities

: Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are adhered to and expectations are met Ensure safety and security, including security checks Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Promote teamwork among staff and youth, fostering a supportive environment Help youth identify goals and interests Cultivate a positive program environment Assign and lead daily group activities Serve as an advocate and role model for youth
