Eliot's Early Intervention Program (EI) supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford areas. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in infancy/early childhood, the willingness to travel and the ability to work a flexible work schedule in a fast paced environment contingent upon the child's and families needs.
Responsibilities
: Observe and evaluate children to assist with identifying functional goals and interventions Provide intervention in the areas of postural control, mobility, muscle tone, range of motion, sensory integration, perceptual motor, oral motor, and activities of daily living. Develop and ensure follow-up to treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Qualifications
: Must possess a current OTR/L license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Experience working with children 0-3 years of age with developmental delays or disabilities Valid Massachusetts drivers license and reliable transportation Bilingual preferred.
