64 per shift Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Manager for its client’s Children’s Residential Home team in Blackpool. Are you an experienced Senior or Deputy Manager looking to advance your career in a supportive, values-driven environment? Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Minimum 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care. NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Workforce or above. Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong people management skills with a hands-on approach. Experience managing budgets and staff rotas.
