Children's Registered Manager - Solo Provision

Liquid personnel have an exclusive opportunity for a Children’s Home Manager to oversee a solo home for a young person with backgrounds of EBD and CSE. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Children’s Manager or deputy wanting to utilise their experience and knowledge to shape the future of this home. You will be working for a fantastic children’s home provider across the northwest who solely focus on the positive outcomes for young people using therapeutic approaches and by providing solo provisions to give the young person direct 1-1 support, to build and repair relationships and to give them the skills for a successful future!

As the Home Manager you will: Oversee the daily operations of the children’s home, including the management of staff, budget, and resources Proactively lead the staff team, consistently in conjunction with the deputy with the aim of creating and delivering a safe warm environment in which children and young people can achieve positive outcomes.
