As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll work closely with our certified delivery partners to ensure high-quality, technically sound implementations of the LogicMonitor platform. Your primary focus will be supporting partners in the field through readiness validation, hands-on technical mentoring, implementation QA, and escalation support.

You will own the delivery technical best practice enablement for select Partners, bridging the gap between readiness and autonomy through structured oversight and execution support. This is a new role designed to scale our partner delivery motion through quality assurance, delivery standardization, and technical guidance, ensuring that every implementation, whether delivered by LogicMonitor or our partners, meets the bar for excellence.
