and Work Environment Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend and twist 80% of the time, and stand up to 10 hours. This role regularly works around powder coating equipment, industrial finishing systems, curing ovens, and manufacturing machinery. Powder Coater position requires the use of a respirator mask to meet the safety standards at Landscape Forms.

Individuals in this role are required to have a clean-shaven face. The work environment is on the shop floor in a noisy and sometimes hot location. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the principal accountabilities.

How You Will Contribute Prepare metal components for powder coating through cleaning, masking, sanding, and surface preparation. Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Inspect finished products to ensure proper coating thickness, coverage, color consistency, and overall quality.

Load, unload, hang, and rack parts throughout the powder coating and curing process. Operate powder coating and finishing equipment safely and efficiently. Read blueprints and work instructions to ensure products meet specifications.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in cross-training opportunities across manufacturing processes. Criteria for Success Preferred experience in powder coating, industrial finishing, industrial painting, paint line operations, metal fabrication, or manufacturing environments. HS Diploma or GED Stable work history Positive attitude Willingness to be clean shaven to wear a respirator Basic computer and math skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
