| Every Voice Matters | Global Reach Here is why you should come join our team: We are a dynamic group of HVAC Products Engineers that that work on the latest and most advanced HVAC products in the US market. Our R D team is expanding rapidly to grow organically in the HVAC area of water heating both in domestic water heating and space heating, unitary (A coil and furnace), AHU, VRF, FCU and Chiller product portfolio. On this team you will work closely with the LGE R D team in Korea for ODM activities, and internal design and development for HVAC accessories and components.
The Opportunity: Location will be in Alpharetta, GA (Bilingual in Korean/English is required) The Product Manager, Chillers will be responsible for managing activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. In this role you will serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Your involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.
You will also develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace as well as oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Lastly, this individual will establish pricing strategies.
Requirements
and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market Drive product launches including working with marketing/public relations, executives and other product management team members Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services Detailed calibration and performance testing of new LG models and competitive models.
Qualifications
: Bachelor's degree required. Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum of 7 years experience is required.
Experience in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting is preferred.
