- Thorough, accurate, and compassionate communication with clients, other clinics, and our internal team regarding medical questions and concerns. Thorough medical documentation. - Customer service and support for clients in clinic, by email, chat, and phone.

- Managing client scheduling using Cornerstone. - Ability to work well in a team setting. - Ability to remain organized and multitask while helping multiple clients.

Requirements
