Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Learning Disability Transition Team Location : Lewisham Rate : £36 per hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a qualified Senior Social Worker to join our client's Learning Disability Transition Team in Lewisham.

Responsibilities

be? In this role, you will work as a senior social worker, tackling a small but complex caseload while also supervising a dedicated group of staff within a large, dynamic team led by the operational manager.

You'll develop expertise in these critical areas and become a trusted advisor to your colleagues. Additionally, you'll champion prevention and personalisation, embracing a strength-based approach to manage all case work effectively. Your leadership and specialized knowledge will make a significant impact on the lives of those you serve and the team you support.

and Experiences: To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have at least 2 years post-qualified experience and as a Senior Social Worker.
