About The Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to help drive roadmap execution, organizational alignment, and cross-functional coordination across our product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to maintain visibility into product initiatives, ensure alignment with company goals, identify risks and dependencies, and help keep product efforts on track.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the Product organization, helping connect strategy to execution. You will play a key role in roadmap planning, initiative tracking, release planning, goal management, cross-functional communication, and continuous improvement of Product processes. This is a highly collaborative, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, fast-growing healthcare technology company where organization, communication, accountability, and strategic thinking are critical.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or a similar cross-functional role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously Experience supporting roadmap planning, strategic initiatives, product portfolios, or organizational goal management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical
