As a Recruiter, you will be involved in the end-to-end hiring processes at Vulcan Elements. With support from People Operations, you will be responsible for focusing on long-term and immediate workforce planning needs of the business. You will build relationships with the hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each new hire.

You will work with the team to continually scale recruiting processes to allow for growth in a high pace environment.
