The Vice President, Quality for Space, Defense, National Security is responsible for leading enterprise-wide quality and compliance to ensure consistent, high-quality, and regulatory-compliant product delivery. The position reports to the segment EVP, Operations and is based in the Denver Metro Area, CO area.

Requirements
, and lead related certification, surveillance, and audit efforts Oversee quality across all functions, including receiving, in-process, final inspection, supplier quality, and returns/warranty Serve as the primary interface for customers, regulators, and certification bodies on quality matters Manage MRB, nonconformance, CAPA, and RCCA processes to ensure resolution, traceability, and prevention Establish and track key quality metrics to drive data-driven improvement across sites and functions Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction Report on quality performance and risk, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accountability Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and operational excellence If your experience aligns with our basic
: Ability to travel up to 35%, including the possibility of overnights within our various company locations. The good faith base salary range for this role is $240,000 - $290,000 at the time of this posting.
