The Production Operator will be located onsite in Minden, LA and reports through to the Plant Manager. This position supports safe and efficient manufacturing of energetic materials by executing manual production activities, operating equipment, handling materials, and packaging finished goods.

This role requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards while working in a team-oriented, industrial environment.
