They verify warranty and service contract coverage; identify and inform customers of any additional vehicle maintenance or repair opportunities deemed valuable for maintaining vehicle safety and performance; develop estimates and secure commitments to perform the work; write repair orders and maintain customer rapport and records. The Service Advisor is a great opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations of the service department.

Who You Are

: You are Toyota certified and have knowledge of the manufacturer's warranty and claims process.

Requirements

: Must be at least 18 years of age Prior experience in the automotive industry (2+ years of dealership experience) Must possess a valid driver's license and a favorable motor vehicle record Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States
