Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. Education and Experience: Four-year degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Finance or other related field 5-7 years of progressive HR experience required, including experience partnering directly with leaders as an HR Business Partner 3 or more years of HRIS experience required, including reporting/analytics, data integrity, and continuous improvement of HR workflows.
