Job Summary: The Energy Marshal is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of energy isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. This role involves coordinating with various departments, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

The Energy Marshal plays a critical role in promoting a culture of safety within the organization and mitigating risks associated with energy sources.

: Energy Isolation Management Develop, implement, and manage energy isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of energy isolation procedures and activities. Safety Audits and Inspections Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards related to energy sources. Monitor compliance with LOTO procedures and safety regulations.

Implement corrective actions and process improvements to address identified hazards. Coordination and Communication Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of energy isolation activities into project timelines. Communicate energy isolation plans and procedures to relevant personnel.

Provide technical support and guidance to employees on energy isolation and safety matters. Training and Education Develop and deliver training programs on energy isolation, LOTO procedures, and safety regulations.
