Requirements
This mid-level role involves participating in training sessions and contributing to project coordination efforts while ensuring quality and timeliness in all commissioning activities. This position will work independently or as a lead on a team to manage assigned commissioning projects, perform complex testing and validation, and resolve issues. The Commissioning Engineer II plays a crucial role in ensuring that electrical/mechanical systems are safe, efficient, and meet high-quality standards.
Review, evaluate, and approve electrical/mechanical test results. Perform complex functional and performance testing of electrical/mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution Identify issues with electrical/mechanical equipment and systems during the commissioning process.
Responsibilities
: Coordinate and execute onsite electrical/mechanical commissioning work.
: Commissioning Leadership Lead the commissioning of electrical/mechanical equipment and systems, including power distribution systems, control systems, and backup power systems. Manage commissioning projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Conduct site observations and prepare field reports on the status of projects with respect to compliance.
