Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Location: North Denver, CO (Thornton, Longmont, Ft. Collins) Position Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experienced in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with vascular disease, including lower extremity venous insufficiency and peripheral arterial disease. This position is office-based and primarily focused on consultations, ongoing evaluations, and follow-up care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the physician and perform consultations within his/her scope of practice once trained and qualified.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage vascular conditions such as venous insufficiency, pelvic congestion syndrome, and peripheral arterial disease. Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans. Educate patients and families on vascular conditions, treatment options, and care plans.
Collaborate with supervising physicians and specialists for comprehensive patient care. Respond to patient inquiries, follow-ups, and emergencies. Document care in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA.

Qualifications
Experience : At least 2 years in an inpatient, outpatient, or surgical setting. Vascular experience required; procedural experience is a plus. Education Licensure : Degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
Active NP or PA license in the applicable state. National certification (AANP, ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA). Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
DEA license (or ability to obtain). Skills : Comfortable working independently in outpatient settings. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
