Our scope of services includes engineering design, high-tech factory planning, and on-time equipment and material delivery in which clean-room systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and tool hook-up, are all vital parts in need of total coordination. Summary: The Buyer II role is integral to a company's procurement process, focusing on managing supplier relationships and ensuring the timely acquisition of quality goods and services.
This position involves negotiating contracts and pricing with subcontractors, creating and managing purchase orders, and conducting market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers. Working closely with various departments to align purchasing strategies with company objectives.

Requirements
Bid solicitation, negotiate labor pricing, scope development, bid analysis, negotiations and issue subcontract agreements by using company template. Conduct analysis and prepare reports on supplier performance metrics, conduct benchmarking studies and track overall spending. Ensure all necessary legal and risk management approvals associated with sourcing solutions have been obtained.

5+ years of experience in procurement. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of procurement processes. Familiarity with overall supply chain procedures, construction specific preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Ability to use procurement related software, such as ERP systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High level of attention to detail, and highly organized. Independent and self-motivated with experience managing within a distributed office environment. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
