About The Role

The People Partner is a hands-on role supporting the Global Products Technology organization. This role will work closely with business leaders and front-line managers to manage talent. By developing strong internal client relationships and providing coaching, the HRBP will help to drive HR products and services including, but not limited to, workforce planning, performance management, HR communications, HR projects, and HR analytics.

This role will be required to be onsite at our San Jose, California location 2-3 days per week.

What You’Ll Do

Serves as the HR point of contact for all Global Products Technology leaders (Directors and Front-line Managers). Meet weekly with relevant functional leaders, providing HR guidance as needed. ).

Work closely with leaders and employees to promote Veeam core values, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Partner with FP A and People Partner team to reconcile headcount and position management. Partner with Total Rewards team to advance and promote pay equity initiatives.

Supports the function for Governance and Compliance policies and issues. ). Identify training needs and partner with leadership to recommend solutions.

Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Provide change management support as needed.
