About The Role

Platforms Services is the foundation Twitch is built on. Our teams own the internal developer platforms, enterprise systems, security infrastructure, and data capabilities that power every product and experience on Twitch. As a Senior Technical Program Manager in this org, you'll own programs that span this full spectrum: from modernizing internal tooling to shipping customer-facing products that directly impact millions of users.

This role operates at the intersection of deep technical work and broad organizational influence. You'll partner with engineering, product, and business teams across Twitch to turn platform investments into real outcomes, navigating competing priorities, making trade-off calls in ambiguous environments, and driving delivery across teams that don't report to you. If you thrive on complex cross-functional problems where no one hands you a playbook, this is the role.

You Will: Own and deliver large, cross-functional programs spanning platform modernization, developer tooling, and enterprise systems, managing the full lifecycle from concept through launch, coordinating across multiple engineering teams, and driving measurable business outcomes. Engage deeply with technical architecture and drive trade-off decisions, identifying dependencies, evaluating engineering approaches, and influencing priorities to ensure platforms evolve to meet the needs of both internal teams and external customers. Drive alignment across organizations operating at different speeds and priorities, navigating ambiguity, building operating models and stakeholder structures that bring clarity, and ensuring teams across engineering, product, and business functions execute together toward shared goals.
