The ideal candidate is a strong, fungible engineer — someone equally at home in a complex legacy Java application and a React client portal, who can also add meaningful AI/LLM functionality on top of real-world business workflows.

This is not a role for pure AI/ML specialists or narrow LLM researchers. We need a utility player: an excellent full-stack engineer who has built or integrated agentic components and is motivated to do more of it over time. Beyond individual contribution, this person will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior developers, driving architectural decisions, and elevating engineering standards across the team.

Must-Have Technologies: Java 17+, ReactJS, Microservices, AWS/Azure, RDBMS, NoSQL Core Technical Skills Full-Stack Engineering (Primary) 10+ years of hands-on software development, with deep expertise in modern Java full-stack development.
