About The Team

: Reporting into the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for reporting and analytics for our Canadian RTE brand (Factor_) in areas such as menu health, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and operational performance. You will drive stakeholder engagement across various business partners including Planning, Procurement, Culinary, Product, Fulfillment, and Finance at all levels to uncover opportunities for improvement in process, reporting, and automation.

Additionally, you will lead the design and implementation of process and control frameworks to improve cost management and tracking, and strategically partner with procurement and sourcing leadership to assess, prioritize, and capture opportunities for improvement.

What We'Re Looking For

: 6+ years of inventory, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations with a strong understanding of financial reporting Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders Advanced proficiency within Google and Microsoft suite, particularly within Google Sheets Excel Experience querying data from relational databases using SQL Experience automating reporting solutions using Python or other programming languages Experience building dashboards in Tableau is a plus High energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude with a passion for numbers.
