About this Position As a Human Resource Specialist, Shared Service Centre in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout the region and assisting in the management of the back-end HR, accounting, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of HR operations experience • Proficient in both written and verbal English; Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies • Strong administration background • Literacy with MS Office • Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout EMEA region • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Proven work experience in similar human resources positions • Ability to work in international team comprised of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment The annual gross fixed pay range for this position is 138,400 - 173,000 Lei plus variable
