Experience you’ll need to bring: Experience in consulting on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters for at least 3 years; Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law; Experience in international companies or abroad; IP or Tax expertise is a huge advantage; Fluent command of the English language, both written and oral (with knowledge and understanding of legal English).
