D-Tools, Inc. Chief Technology Officer (CTO) D-Tools For nearly three decades, D-Tools has been the technology backbone of the audiovisual integration industry. Our software powers the proposals, system designs, and end-to-end workflows that AV integrators depend on to run profitable businesses.
We are the established leader in this vertical SaaS market, with deep penetration across thousands of integration firms and a reputation built on our pioneering integration with AutoCAD and other industry-standard tools. 5 million products, is the industry’s most comprehensive data asset and a foundation for everything we build. Through our i3 program, we work closely with manufacturers to extend our value across the entire AV supply chain.
Today, we operate across an environment that includes a legacy enterprise platform and a modern cloud solution. Both are growing. We are actively pursuing acquisitions, building new services on top of our SaaS foundation, and investing aggressively in AI.
D-Tools is already a leader in our niche. The opportunity now is to modernize and accelerate. The Opportunity AI is the defining inflection point for the software industry, and D-Tools intends to lead that transition in our market.
This is a CTO role for a builder, not a maintainer. We have market position, customer trust, a deep data moat serving both integrators and manufacturers, and a proven product suite. What we need is a technology leader who can build on that foundation to drive the next phase of growth.
That means charting the modernization path for our legacy platform while accelerating our cloud solution. It means embedding AI into the products our customers use every day and fundamentally changing how we develop software. It means rethinking how Product, Design and Engineering work together to move from concept to production faster.
And it means building engineering talent domestically and across our global teams. This role reports to the CEO and partners closely with the Chief Product Officer. The CTO will be expected to operate with urgency, make pragmatic decisions, and drive measurable progress.
