Aurora Energy Research — Oxford, England
We are looking for a master multi-tasker, with marketing experience and great organisational skills to coordinate the marketing and help us to manage our annual industry-leading conferences which are unique and unmissable for the energy sector, bringing together over 2,500 attendees each year. Joining our Oxford office, you will be responsible for marketing all our large client events in EMEA such as the Aurora Spring Forum , Energy Transition Summit Warsaw , Energy Transition Summit London , Energy Transition Summit Berlin , Energy Transition Summit Madrid and Energy Finance Conference Paris . You will plan and execute campaigns for promotion and sales of Aurora’s large events in Europe working together with the Events Manager, Event Logistics Coordinator, Event Content Producer and with the support of the wider Aurora team.
As part of your role, you will also be responsible for marketing Aurora’s Energy Unplugged Podcast and work together with the team on its amplification and growth. The successful applicant will enjoy autonomy plus the opportunity to substantially influence the perception and brand of the events. The role offers significant opportunities for growth and personal development as we continue to develop our conference and event programme.
You will be a member of our Brand Collective team, reporting to the Events Manager, and will work alongside members of our senior management. Marketing experience & great organisational skills are vital for this role, together with a flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
