Job Summary: The Producer-in-Training is an entry level position involving training and development. The position is intended bring new hires with limited or no experience with insurance or sales and through a rigorous and systematic training program that will give them training and experience in Marketing, Account Management and Sales to bring them to a level of competency to become a Sales Producer.
