Sales Producer to their team in Fort Myers Region.

Sales Producer is an experienced sales producer who actively develops and maintains a pipeline of new potential clients and continually sources referrals for new business opportunities. As a consultant to your clients, you will analyze and develop comprehensive solutions to meet your clients’ goals. You will actively partner with Account Management to ensure the success of new business and retention of existing business.

Qualifications

: Knowledge of benefit plans and employee benefit terminology a plus Ability to cold call to set appointments with potential clients Ability to source referrals through industry related events Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Life Health License Proficient software skills - Microsoft Office Products, CRM systems Education Experience: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Communications etc.
