What You Will Do
to help achieve Fever’s mission. Meet the Team The Tax team ensures we stay on top of tax compliance across the group, covering everything from sales taxes and deal structuring to reporting obligations and identifying tax opportunities. We work closely with external advisors to validate tax criteria, ensure accurate reporting, and optimize processes to streamline the finance function.
We also define tax parameters for new business activities , solve compliance issues across markets, and continuously improve tools and processes to support the wider organization. The Role As a Senior Tax Specialist for the Europe and UK region, you will play a key role within Fever's Tax practice, working closely with the Tax Manager and the rest of the team to support the global tax compliance and tax strategy of the Group.
You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity, delivering high-quality work in the tax area of a global high-growth business. Experience working with direct and indirect taxes or accounting under the jurisdiction of countries within Europe and/or UK regions is recommended.
What You'Ll Do
Key Responsibilities
include: Research and analyse specific indirect and direct tax matters within Europe and UK jurisdictions and provide tailored advice Identify risks and potential tax planning opportunities Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate tax provisioning Collaborate with third-party service providers as required Work with the Finance Accounting teams to ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation laws Support all indirect and direct tax audits / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams) Prepare applications for taxation rulings, tax incentives and tax exemptions where available Provide advice to senior management on tax risks and appropriate transaction structures concerning acquisitions Contribute to improvements and solutions for internal tax processes Contribute to the expansion of the company in the region
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will: Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industry Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax or Law Have proven experience working with Europe and UK tax jurisdictions, across both direct and indirect taxes or accounting.
