Bookkeeper - UK

Position Summary Focus Financial partner firm, Gelfand, Rennert Feldman, is seeking a full charge Bookkeeper with ideally entertainment/touring experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. T he Bookkeeper is responsible for computing, classifying, and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of assigned client are accurate. T his position will be based from our London office on a full-time basis, with potential for hybrid working following a 4-month probation.

The hybrid work arrangement may be adjusted or altered to fill the needs of the role, including potentially working in-office for 3+ days per week.

Responsibilities

Raising sales invoices M aintaining QuickBooks online ledgers and electronic filing system in Teams Pr ocess accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform credit card and bank reconciliations Posting petty cash and tour manager floats Creating payment packs online ready for manager approvals Posting directors expense claims Posting and reconciling intercompany accounts on QuickBooks online in local currencies Revaluating foreign currency balances at month end Generally assisting account managers as directed including: In preparing of VAT return packs Assisting with preparation of tour accounts Assisting with the preparation of management accounts Assisting with the preparation of annual accounts Assisting with gathering information with personal and corporate tax returns Any other duties as required by your line manager or senior team which are proportionate to your level and remit.

Qualifications

) Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.
