Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day forwarding operations for LGCAI, including ocean, rail, and inland transportation Coordinate shipments and manage operational issues to ensure smooth and timely execution Manage carrier rates, pricing, and cost-related discussions as needed Review freight charges and support billing and settlement processes Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational and cost matters

Qualifications

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field required. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
