Overview Join our innovative team in Esri's Creative Lab to create and promote on-brand designs for Esri’s online store. You'll be working closely with a high-performing team of skilled and passionate Product Designers to improve and evolve the Digital Commerce experience. We’re looking for a thoughtful problem solver and clear communicator who’s passionate about design and excited to grow.
You’ll bring a strong understanding of user-centered design, systems thinking, and interaction design to help our team expand the impact of Esri’s location-based technology.
Responsibilities
Be an instrumental part of our Digital Commerce Team that designs for both internal stakeholders and distributors around the world Balance user-centered design principles with business goals to create exceptional user experiences that directly affect the bottom line Synthesize creative briefs, wireframes, and internal feedback to design innovative web solutions that meet project objectives Work with a team of expert Product Designers to grow your experience and enhance your skills Collaborate with cross-functional team members such as UX designers, writers, developers, and stakeholders to develop designs across a portfolio of Esri products and marketing campaigns Stay up to date with new web design trends and technologies

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy.
Compensation
decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
