We are looking for a Supervisor of Enrollment Operations for our Connecticut team! This is a hybrid position with travel into our main office located in West Hartford, CT.

This role will require to work from our FreedomCare CT office 3x a week. Department Position Overview: This role is a patient and caregiver focused role providing a seamless customer service experience by effectively leading a team of empathetic and solutions-driven Intake Specialists. In this role, you will mentor and advise your team members to provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers.

Preferred Qualifications

: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration Experience working in a homecare agency, hospital or healthcare 3+ years experiencing managing 5+ employees Spanish bilingual is a plus Why work at FreedomCare?
