Department Position Overview: The Team Lead of Care will have an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit as well as a passion for continually improving the way we do things.

Requirements

This person will be responsible for the traditional parts of a team lead role: planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating, and providing guidance and supervision of our Care Specialists. The Team lead will report directly to the General Operations Managers.

Preferred Qualifications
