5+ years of direct work experience as a business analyst on cross-functional process improvements initiatives in a business function or an IT setting Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis skills, including process and data-driven analysis experience using common industry frameworks Adept at analyzing and documenting complex business processes as well as researching and resolving process and project related issues Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently as well as coordinating, prioritizing, and managing activities of project teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, team members, and management Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting.

Compensation

decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
